Who Are the Beastlords?
The Beastlords were created by the One in secret as an answer to the Elemental gods tyranny. Exactly 100 Beastlords were created and only seven survive to face the rising threat of the Elemental gods once again. The centuries the Beastlords have remained in remote seclusion with the only human contact being under the direst of needs. Now they have come forth, ready again to face their ancient enemies or their final doom.
On the table they are a close-combat faction that trades speed for weight. You won’t win a race across the board, so the game becomes about choosing where the fight happens and arriving intact. The dragon alt forms are the payoff — the moment a Beastlord changes shape is usually the moment the game turns.
