ROTD: Rise of the Democracy

Far beneath the ocean, King Gills’ and his mermen legions labour to bring forth war machines and armies with which to conqueror the surface or the earth. Having victory snatched from him by chance the first time King Gills’ bided his time, slowly rebuilding his forces and forning cells within each city of the Democracy.

C.O.I.L.S is a global company founded and controlled by the Snake Cult. They maintain mystic and even sorcerous traditions dating back to the time of the Elemental Wars

Whilst it may seem easy to not take the Downtown Clown Gang seriously, that would be a mistake. Each member is a certified lunatic with unfettered access to some of the deadliest weaponry left over from the Atlantican war.

The Eagle’s Veterans have a short, but honoured heritage of bravery and sacrifice and form the backbone of the Democracy’s recovering defence forces.

Led by the mysterious Swordmaster, the Green Tentacle Ninja Clan is a scourge on Motor City, trading in black market Green Ooze threatening the recovering Democracy.

Motor City is a hot bed of crime and incursion and the new MCPD have had to deal with a lot more than most post Atlantican invasion.

The Steel Hyenas strike from their secret base in the southern jungles at their bitterest enemies, C.O.I.L.S and the Democracy.

It is said that the Wang Tong Criminal Syndicate worships the ancient Elementals and that minor Elemental spirits take human form and join their ranks.
