Bot War and Traders Galaxy models are mostly all metal multipart kits. These models require some tools to assemble correctly. I would recommend a pin vice with drill bits, files, and of course, super glue.
The models should first be washed to remove the talc release agent then the holes should be cleaned out used the appropriate sized drill.
All mould lines should be cleaned carefully using a hobby knife or hobby files. Also in some cases I also recommend a light sand with 600-800 grain wet and dry sand paper.
If these steps are done no pinning should ever be required. However some people also like to pin joints for super strength. Pinning involves placing a wire rod between two parts and requires a higher degree of hobby skill.
All Traders Galaxy models are lot recommended for ages under 14.
